Hello everybody!!
I know I've been a bit quiet since beginning of the year but it has been a non-stop year full of traveling and new projects but I promise I will be soon updating you guys with all the crazy adventures I've been through!
Today I'd like to share with you this amazing project called "The Galion Project" that I've been honored to take part in recently in Tarifa. So first of all I'd like to tell you about this amazing project: five very successful enterpreneurs and kitesurf lovers decided to create a group where enterpreneurs could share experiences and ideas to help themselves develop and grow their companies. It is not only a network project but it gives them the opportunity to discover kiteboarding and it is a great activity for team building. And here is where I join the Project.

My main goal is to help people improve their skills in kiteboarding, giving a few tips based on my experience as a Professional kiteboarder. That was the easy part, hehe, the big challenge came when they asked me to do a presentation in front of everyone telling my story of who am I and how I got from being a Banker to a Pro Kiteboarder. You can't imagine how nervous I was as it was my first speech in front of a group of such successful people. The result? me talking for more than an hour and enjoying every minute of it!! I never thought my life could be inspiring to other people ;) and it is amazing the similitudes between top athletes and enterpreneurs.
We had plenty of wind during all the 4 days of the event, even a little bit to much, hehe, with the crazy levante wind but definetely we had a lot of fun and good moments. Check out some of the photos from the event.
It was a pleasure to share coaching with such big champion as Alex Caizergues, the fastest kiter on earth! Thank you very much also to Ozone, Surfcentertarifa and obviously to JB, Florent and Agathe for making it happen!
I am very grateful to have been part of this first meeting of 2015 and I am very much looking forward to see you guys in Brazil!!

se que he estado un poco silenciosa desde principio de año pero es que está siendo un no parar continuamente lleno de viajes, aventuras y nuevos proyectos! Pero os prometo que poco a poco os iré poniendo al día de todas las locuras que he ido haciendo!

Hoy me gustaría compartir con vosotr@s este increible proyecto que se llama "The Galion Project" y del que he tenido el honor de poder formar parte la semana pasada en Tarifa. Primero os contaré un poco de que se trata: The Galion Project lo han formado cinco empresarios de mucho renombre en Europa y que comparten su afición por el kitesurf. La idea principal es que un grupo de hasta 40 participantes pueda compartir experiencias e ideas y así ayudarse mutuamente. No es solamente reuniones para conseguir una red de contactos nuevos sinó que también es una forma de introducirles en este deporte tan maravilloso como es el kitesurf, actividad perfecta para crear team building. Y aquí es donde aparezco yo junto con Alex Caizergues, el kitesurfer más rápido del mundo! ;)
Mi objetivo principal es ayudar a los participantes a mejorar sus habilidades en kiteboarding, dando algunos consejos basados en mi experiencia como kiteboarder Profesional. Esa fue la parte fácil, jeje, el gran desafío llegó cuando me pidieron hacer una presentación delante de todos contando mi historia de quién soy y cómo pasé de banquera a Kitesurfista profesional. No os podeiss imaginar lo nervioso que estaba, ya que era mi primer discurso frente a un grupo de gente tan importante. El resultado? yo hablando durante más de una hora y disfrutando de cada minuto!! Nunca pensé que mi vida podría ser fuente de inspiración para otras personas ;) es increíble las similitudes que hay entre atletas y empresarios.
Hemos tenido un montón de viento durante los 4 días del evento, incluso un poco demasiado, jeje, cuando entra Levante ya se sabe que sopla fuere! Eso sí nos divertimos un montón y pasamos muy buenos momentos. Os dejo algunas fotos del evento.
